Absolutely. Share your quote, word, or design idea after placing your order and we’ll bring it to life. We collaborate on fonts, colours, and placements, share mockups, and print only after you approve.

Yes — front, back, or both (where product options permit). We’ll confirm final placement during the mockup stage.

• Pre-designed tees: Ship within 2–4 working days.
• Custom tees: Ship within 3–5 working days after final mockup approval.

We ship across Canada (and select international locations when available). Availability and rates are shown at checkout.

Shipping fees (if any) are calculated at checkout based on destination and service. Any free-shipping promotions will be clearly mentioned on the site.

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp. You can also contact us with your order number for updates.

Customised/Personalised items: Not returnable or exchangeable unless there’s an issue from our end (e.g., print defect, wrong item/size versus the approved mockup).

Pre-designed products: Eligible for return/exchange if they meet the conditions in Q12.

• Item is unused, unwashed, unaltered, with tags/packaging intact.
• Request raised within 3 days of delivery.
• Any defect/damage reported within 24 hours with clear photos (outer packaging, garment, print area).

• Customer-initiated return (fit/change of mind): Return label fee CAD $12 (Canada-wide; remote areas may vary).
• Size exchange: Reship fee CAD $10 once the original item passes inspection.
• Our error (defective/wrong item/printing mistake): No fees — we cover return/replacement shipping.

Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable. International orders: return shipping is at the customer’s cost.

Email/DM us with your order number, reason, and photos (if applicable) within the timelines above. We’ll send a prepaid label (where available) or return instructions. Please ship the item within 3 business days of receiving the label/approval.

• Refunds: Processed to the original payment method after the return clears inspection; banks typically reflect funds within 5–10 business days.
• Exchanges: Replacement ships after the return is scanned by the carrier (or after inspection, depending on condition).

• Customised/personalised items (unless it’s our error)
• Final-sale/clearance items
• Worn, washed, stained, or damaged items, or items with odours/pet hair
• Items missing original tags/packaging or requested beyond the return window

We can edit/cancel pre-production orders. Once a custom order has entered mockup/production, cancellation may not be possible. Contact us ASAP with your order number.
